Vceela entered into collaborative agreements with the Rural Community Development Programme (RCDP) and the Rural Community Development Society (RCDS) to expand grassroots artisan support.
The MoUs were executed on 2nd July 2025 in Lahore by Mr. Qaisar Iqbal and Mr. Shahzad Manzoor.
The visit also included a strategic discussion with Founder & CEO Mr. Muhammad Murtaza Khokhar on scaling community-driven training and outreach efforts.
