We are looking for a highly driven Go-to-Market (GTM) & Growth Lead to join our team in Lahore and lead the commercialization and growth strategy for our products and initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to take a product from concept to market, identify the right customer segments, develop effective positioning and messaging, build scalable acquisition channels, and work closely with leadership to drive measurable business growth.

- Design and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Identify target customer segments, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and market opportunities.
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Lead customer acquisition initiatives across digital and offline channels.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion and customer retention.
- Collaborate closely with product, operations, partnerships, and leadership teams.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine strategy.
- Plan and execute growth experiments, measure performance, and iterate based on data.
- Build strategic partnerships and identify new business development opportunities.
- Establish KPIs and regularly report on marketing and growth performance.
- 4+ years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Development, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience launching products or entering new markets.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and sales enablement.
- Experience with digital marketing channels including SEO, paid campaigns, email marketing, social media, and partnerships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience with marketplaces, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, or technology startups is a strong plus.
- Experience launching products internationally.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation.
- Experience managing agencies or cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of growth frameworks such as AARRR or B2B/B2C GTM playbooks.
