RETURNS

has a right to return purchased product within 10 days after receiving an order.

All returned products have to be unused, with original tags, labelsAll returns should be consulted with Ealainfabraice By Knwalzaidi by e-mail or telephone.

Return costs will be covered by a client.  Order return that does not comply with terms stated above will not be accepted.Customer is obliged to check condition of order received.

In case of factory defects or defect caused by shipping process customer should notify Ealainfabraice By Knwalzaidi or shipping company without delay.

All returns caused by shipping process damage will be processed only after reviewing damage report signed by customer and shipping company.Any of discounted products can not be returned.

Customer will be refunded or replaced with another item if return request is accepted.

Refunds will be made by bank transfer to account given by a customer.
